Delete your account
You can permanently delete your YalloTutor account and all of your data at any time. This page explains how, in line with Google Play's data deletion requirements.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open the YalloTutor app and sign in.
- Tap your profile picture on the Home screen to open Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is removed immediately, and all associated data is deleted.
Delete by request (without the app)
If you can't access the app, email us at yallotutor@senithu.lk from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your profile and learning preferences.
- Your progress, streaks, saved phrases, and conversation history.
- Your learner memory and any saved voice notes.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain limited records only where required by law. Note that any active subscription is managed by Google Play — cancel it separately in the Play Store to stop future charges.
