Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of YalloTutor subscriptions and any in-app products, operated by Senithu Software Solutions, No: 295/A/1, Nedagamuwa, Kotugoda, Sri Lanka, 11390. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. All purchases are final
Because we give you a genuine opportunity to try YalloTutor before you pay — a free tier, free live minutes, and a free trial on paid plans — and because you can cancel at any time, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by Google Play policy or by applicable law.
2. Try before you pay
You do not need to risk any money to decide whether YalloTutor is right for you:
- Free to start. The app is free to download and includes free lessons and a few free live voice minutes.
- Free trial. Paid plans include a free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. How to cancel and avoid future charges
Subscriptions renew automatically, so to avoid being charged for the next period you must cancel before the renewal date. To cancel: open the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → YalloTutor → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
4. Purchases are processed by Google Play
All YalloTutor payments are handled by Google Play, not by us directly. We do not process payments and cannot issue charges or refunds to your payment method ourselves. Any refund of a Google Play purchase is subject to Google's own refund policies and process, which Google applies at its discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Google Play's policy, you can request one from your Google Play order history: Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Budget & order history → select the order → Request a refund.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country. Where the law of your place of residence grants you a right to a refund that cannot be waived, that right continues to apply despite this policy.
6. Problems on our side
If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service you paid for, we want to make it right. Contact us at yallotutor@senithu.lk with your Google Play order details, and we will investigate and, where appropriate, help you obtain a resolution.
