How do live voice minutes work?

Live minutes count only while you're in a voice conversation with your tutor. Text lessons, quizzes, and reviews never use minutes. Your balance is shown at the top of every conversation, and monthly minutes reset on your billing date.

Which languages can I learn from?

YalloTutor teaches Arabic with explanations in English, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Malayalam, and other supported languages. You pick your language during setup and can change it anytime in Settings.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open the Play Store app → Profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → YalloTutor. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep your minutes until then.

What happens when my daily minutes run out?

Voice conversations pause until the daily cap resets at midnight, but everything else keeps working — lessons, reviews, and reading practice are always available.

Does YalloTutor work offline?

Saved phrases and reviews work offline. Live conversations need an internet connection, since the tutor's voice runs in real time in the cloud.

Is my voice data private?

Your conversations are used only to run the session and build your personal learner memory. We never sell your data, and you can delete your account and all data from Settings → Privacy at any time.

The microphone isn't working. What do I check?

Make sure YalloTutor has microphone permission: Android Settings → Apps → YalloTutor → Permissions → Microphone → Allow. If you use a Bluetooth headset, check that it's connected before starting the conversation.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Recent purchases can be refunded directly from your Play Store order history; for anything else, contact us and we'll help.
